Robert A. Ziroyan, PhD, Interim President & Chief Operating Officer Dr. Robert Ziroyan has more than ten years of advanced experience in project/program management administration and business development. Prior to joining Protagenic Therapeutics Inc., he was the Team Leader for Public-Private Partnerships and Project Coordinator for the United Nations Development Programme in Armenia. Previously, he served as the Chief Technical Advisor/Project Coordinator for the United Nations Office for Project Services; in this role, he was responsible for all aspects of the project management administration and operations, including coordination, supervision, monitoring, contracting, resource mobilization, personnel and financial management. Dr. Ziroyan earned a Master of Science Degree in Management from the Cranfield University, United Kingdom, and PhD from the Agricultural Academy of Armenia. He attended a number of executive training courses, including Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government, Massachusetts, and Center for Professional Innovation and Education, Pennsylvania, USA.
